This (luxury) detached holiday home ( 2-8 people) is ideally located, with a stunning view on a large site amidst the forests of Vierhouten (near Nunspeet, the Netherlands). The house has a spacious and pleasant atmosphere with a wood burning fireplace with open sides on both the kitchen and the living room side. Furthermore on the covered terrace / patio is also a wood stove where you can cook (pizza oven / BBQ) your meal and you can keep yourself warm . This makes the Boshut, even in the colder seasons, an ideal place to stay and enjoy the beautiful natural setting.
The Boshut is a newly built house in a beautiful location in the woods of Vierhouten with a unique view over an open area in the forest . Until recently on this same spot stood an old simple wooden cottage “De Boshut” with only a wood stove for heating. The beautiful location with the view and the name “De Boshut” remains, however the simple cottage has been replaced by a modern holiday home for 2 to 8 people. There has been considerable attention paid to the architecture of the house, balancing the natural surroundings with the modern comforts of the house. The land on which the Boshut is located, is a large area of woodland with open spaces.
Apart from the peace and quiet of the house and the surrounding countryside, there is much to do in the area nearby. Around 300 meters from the house is the entrance to the large forest “Het Vierhouter Bos”. The Elspeetsche heath is only 400 meters away. For the true nature lover there are many other opportunities in the area to enjoy nature. In addition, the area has also much to offer in other fields of interest. Some examples: a large number of excellent restaurants in the culinary village Vierhouten; the National Park “De Hoge Veluwe” with the, always wonderful, Kröller Muller Museum. In addition, a number of large saunas/health spas, one in Putten and one in nearby Emst. For children there are amusement parks: Walibi (half hour drive) and Juliana Tower in Apeldoorn and you can see the dolphins at the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk.
Residents of the Boshut can also make free use of seasonal private natural swimming pool (24 x 12m) 100 meters away which once belonged to the nearby country house “The Bergelt”. Now only two private holiday homes can use this pool.
The old simple Boshut is now replaced by a house with central heating (floor heating ) and all other imaginable modern comforts of today and is still located in a beautiful natural location. This makes it now possible to enjoy life to the maximum at the Boshut also during the cold months of the year.
